CLEAR PROGRESSION PATHWAYS
📈 Progression Pathways: The program is divided into four levels— Cross River Gorilla, Lowland Gorilla, Mountain Gorilla and Silverback Gorilla—each representing a stage of physical fitness evolution.
⏳ Comprehensive Training: Each level offers a 12-week plan structured and focused to maximize results. Includes detailed progression pathways, exercise tutorials, and weekly schedules.

💪 Advancing Through the Levels
Each color level represents a progression from the previous one, offering more challenging movements and variations.
As participants progress through the program, they gradually move up to the Green Level, then the Black Level, and finally the Silver Level, mastering increasingly difficult exercises along the way.
